A County Roscommon woman is celebrating after winning a prestigious prize at the Listowel Races for the second year in a row.

Megan Gaughan retained her title as overall Best Dressed Lady at Student Race Day at the County Kerry racetrack on Wednesday.

Anthony Manning from Tralee was chosen as Best Dressed Male.

It’s only the third year that the prize has been handed out at the popular County Kerry race meeting, so it’s a case of “two out of three ain’t bad” for Megan.

Megan is in her final year at MTU Tralee studying Coaching and Elite Sports Performance.

She’s the current PRO of Roscommon LGFA and is heavily involved with her own club St. Mary’s, Tulsk.
