County Roscommon badminton club urges duo 'to play their hearts out' at maiden finals

A County Roscommon badminton club has wished two of its members every success in what will be a historic first for the club this weekend.
Laura Waldron and Elaine Harpur will represent Castlerea Badminton Club at the Irish Graded Nationals Finals in the National Indoor Arena, Sport Ireland Campus, Abbotstown, Dublin, on Saturday.
They will be the first players from the West Roscommon club to reach the finals.
“The preparations are complete and all that is left to be done is to play your hearts out and enjoy this memorable experience.
“We are all behind you and cheering you on every step of the way, so good luck and savour every moment,” said Castlerea Badminton Club in a post on Facebook.
