Roscommon senior football manager, Mark Dowd, has revealed his match-day 26 for Sunday’s Connacht senior football final against Galway at King and Moffatt Dr. Hyde Park.
Unsurprisingly, there are no changes to the starting 15 that comfortably defeated Mayo in the Connacht semi-final.
But there’s big news among the substitutes as St. Brigid’s duo, Brian Stack and Ruaidhrí Fallon, return to the match-day 26, as does Boyle forward Daire Cregg who was suspended for the last four clash against the 'Green and Red' at Hastings Insurance MacHale Park.
Ultan Harney, Ciarán Lennon and Eoin Colleran are the players to lose out from two weeks' ago. Harney, Colleran, Pearse Frost and Oisín Cregg are on the panel’s stand-by list.
The team will be captained by Diarmuid Murtagh who will be hoping to become the first Roscommon captain in 25 years to lift the Nestor Cup on home soil.
