It was confirmed earlier today that Dingle midfielder Mark O'Connor was granted permission by AFL side Geelong Cats to return for his side's All-Ireland final meeting with St. Brigid's on Sunday week.
The All-Ireland minor captain winner with the Kerry in 2015 has been a crucial addition for Dingle on his returns from Australia.
There were doubts over the 28 year old's availability following Dingle's Munster final victory over St. Finbarr's, but his AFL team allowed him to return for last weekend's All-Ireland semi-final victory over Ballyboden St. Enda's and he will return once again to grace Croke Park, the pitch where he was named Man of the Match in the 2015 All-Ireland minor final.
His confirmed return will add another layer of preparation for Anthony Cunningham's side.
