The Michael Glaveys clubman was part of the Galway Boston side that won the title for the first time since 1989.
Boyle’s Daire Cregg was part of the Donegal Boston outfit that lost out in the final.
Galway Boston came from 2-8 to 0-4 down at half time to prevail 2-17 to 2-11.
Galway senior footballers Cian Hernon and Jack O’Neill were part of the Galway Boston team.
The side were captained by Annaghdown’s Ciarán Potter while Westmeath’s Senan Baker was named Man of the Match.
Donegal Boston possessed Armagh’s Oisín Conaty in their ranks alongside Down duo Ryan and Danny Magill.
