Roscommon minor football manager, Shane Moran, has named his squad for the upcoming Connacht championship campaign, which gets underway away to Sligo on Friday week.
There are 35 players named, representing 16 different clubs. Nine players from the panel that won last year's Connacht championship are part of this year's set-up.
Tadgh Fallon from St. Brigid's will captain the side. Seamus Carthy (Roscommon Gaels) and Conor Tighe (Strokestown) are vice-captains.
Former Roscommon player Niall Carty will be part of this year's management team, replacing John Rogers who has moved to Mark Dowd's senior set-up.
Roscommon open their campaign away to Sligo in Tubbercurry on Friday, March 20th, before hosting Galway in King and Moffatt Dr. Hyde Park a week later.
Like last year, the young Rossies will play four games in as many weeks before receiving a bye in the final round.
