New Roscommon minor football manager selected for ratification

Roscommon GAA has recommended a new minor football manager for ratification at its next county board meeting.

Roscommon Gaels clubman, Shane Moran, will be the new man at the helm after interviews for the post were conducted earlier this week.

Moran was part of outgoing manager James Duignan’s management team as a selector/coach earlier this season.

Roscommon reached the Connacht final where they were defeated by Mayo before being eliminated by Kerry at the All-Ireland quarter-final stage.

Moran is expected to be ratified at the next meeting of Roscommon County Board.
