Roscommon senior football manager, Davy Burke, has freshened up his management team ahead of the 2025 season.

The Roscommon Herald understands that former Kildare senior footballer, Hugh Lynch, will be a coach and selector in next year’s set-up.

A native of Confey GAA Club in Leixlip — the same club as Burke — Lynch was drafted into Burke’s management team as a coach during the 2024 championship.

Lynch will join Eddie Lohan and Leo Tierney as selectors next season.

It is understood that Lar Wall, who was in contention to become Meath senior football manager, won’t be involved.
