No changes for Roscommon minors ahead of Galway showdown

Dara Curran will captain Roscommon from centre forward against Galway this evening

Roscommon minor manager Shane Moran has named an unchanged team for Roscommon’s clash with Galway tonight in Tuam Stadium (throw in 5.30 p.m.).

The Rossies will be aiming to back up last week’s impressive 0-20 to 0-8 home victory against Sligo with another commanding display.

Luke Shally has been named to start up front after kicking 0-5, all from play, in last week’s win over Sligo.

Meanwhile, Sam Hannon and Alex Oates will continue their midfield partnership with the former kicking five points against Sligo last Friday.

Tadhg Rogers and Diarmuid O’Higgins will continue at full back and centre back respectively.

There is no place in the starting 15 for Dean Casey or Marc Shally despite the pair combining for five points when introduced off the bench last week.

Roscommon come up against a Galway side who secured an emphatic opening round win over Leitrim as both teams put their unbeaten records on the line.

The game will be live streamed and that can be purchased here.
