Diarmuid Murtagh sits as top scorer in Division One after the opening two rounds of league action.

The St. Faithleach’s clubman has kicked 2-11 in Roscommon’s campaign thus far, which places him above all players for scores accumulated across Divisions One and Two.

Meanwhile, Daire Cregg is the third highest scorer in Division One after kicking 0-13 with Galway’s Rob Finnerty sitting in second spot, having accumulated 1-11 to date, according to the X page Gaelic Statsman.

Ethan Jordan has slotted 1-13 across Tyrone’s opening Division Two games, just one point shy of Murtagh’s tally.

The St. Faithleach’s clubman is the highest scorer from play in Division One, with 2-5 of his tally coming outside of placed balls.

Cregg sits joint second for scores accrued from open play in Division One thus far.

The pair’s form has been a welcome boost for a Roscommon side who are the joint second highest scorers in Division One to date.
