Roscommon handballer Fiona Tully will be aiming to become just the ninth woman to ever claim the All Ireland 4-Wall Senior Singles title tomorrow (Saturday).
The St. Coman’s handballer will face Galway’s Ciana Ní Churraoin in Croke Park at 2 p.m.
Tully booked her place in this year’s final when she defeated Mollie Dagg of Kildare 21-16 21-12 in last weekend’s semi final.
The former Roscommon LGFA player previously reached the final in 2024 but was defeated by Cork’s Caitriona Casey.
The St. Coman’s handballer faces a tricky task as Ní Churraoin claimed the title in 2023 when producing a sensational performance in the final to down Casey. The Galway handballer is also the reigning World 4-Wall champion.
Tully has enjoyed a strong season this far, claiming the 4-Wall National title for the first time, back in December and with her past experience, will feel that she has the ability to become the first Roscommon woman to claim this coveted title.
