Roscommon minors make major alterations for Leitrim clash

Roscommon minor manager Shane Moran has opted to test the strength of his squad as they face Leitrim this evening in King and Moffatt Dr Hyde Park.
Moran has made 14 changes from the team that started against Mayo last time out. Roscommon’s victory in that affair ensured they secured a place in the Connacht final prior to this contest.
Conor Tighe is the sole survivor from last week as the Strokestown man captains the side this evening.
Shane Carroll is set to make his first appearance in goal, just two days after his cousin Brian made his U-20 debut for Galway.
Daniel Nerney, who has come off the bench in his side’s three wins to date lines out at full back.
Meanwhile, Mikey McTeigue, who helped St. Nathy’s to the All Ireland Senior B final, is set for his first start after two substitute appearances.
In attack, James O’Brien and Sean Duggan, who have appeared in all three of Roscommon’s wins to date, have been given their chance to impress from the off.
Roscommon face Leitrim in King and Moffatt Dr Hyde Park this evening, with the game throwing in at 6.30 p.m.
