A County Roscommon referee will take charge of the standout game in next weekend’s Allianz Division One Football League schedule.

Paddy Neilan will take charge of Saturday evening’s eagerly-anticipated televised contest between Dublin and Kerry in Croke Park.

Neilan is no stranger to big games between the traditional rivals, having refereed the epic 2022 All-Ireland semi-final between both teams — a game Kerry won 1-14 to 1-13 courtesy of Seán O’Shea’s dramatic late long-range free kick.

Meanwhile, David Coldrick of Meath will take charge of Galway’s meeting against Roscommon at Pearse Stadium, Salthill, also on Saturday evening.

The match will not be broadcast live on TG4 or RTÉ.
