The Roscommon senior footballers’ Division Two League final against Monaghan has been fixed for next Saturday evening, March 29th.

The Division Two final has usually been the curtain-raiser to the Division One final in Croke Park on the Sunday of league finals weekend, but a request from Roscommon to change their game to Saturday evening has been granted by the Central Control Competitions Committee.

Roscommon are scheduled to play London in the quarter-final of the Connacht Senior Football Championship on Saturday, April 5th, and are due to fly out to London from Ireland the day before.

Roscommon’s league final has now been scheduled for 7.15 p.m. next Saturday evening, with the Division Four final between Wexford and Limerick taking place beforehand at 5 p.m..

Sunday’s schedule will see the Division Three final between Kildare and Offaly get proceedings underway at 1.45 p.m., before Mayo and Kerry meet in the Division One decider at 4 p.m..
