Two players make senior debut for Roscommon hurlers

Jack McGahon made his senior debut for the Roscommon senior hurlers against London last weekend.

Two players made their senior debut for the Roscommon senior hurling team during their five-point defeat against London at McGovern Park, Ruislip, last weekend.

Jack McGahon from Athleague lined out at wing-forward before being replaced by another debutant — Finn Killion from Roscommon Gaels — after 64 minutes.

Daniel Staunton (Pádraig Pearses), who has yet to make his senior debut, was also part of the match-day 26.

Roscommon continue their Division Three campaign against Armagh at King and Moffatt Dr. Hyde Park on Sunday next at 1 p.m..
