Roscommon minor manager Shane Moran has shuffled his deck ahead of his side’s clash with Leitrim this evening at Shane McGettigan Park, Drumshanbo (throw-in at 6.30 p.m.).
Moran has made 12 changes from the Roscommon side that defeated Mayo last time out as he opts to test the depth of his squad with the Rossies already assured of a Connacht final place.
Conor Tighe, Tadhg Rogers and Luke Shally are the three players who have been retained from last week’s thrilling victory against Mayo at King and Moffatt Dr. Hyde Park.
Rogers has moved from the edge of his own square to centre-back for this evening’s tussle.
Mark Carroll steps between the sticks for the first time this year, while Tadhg Fallon, David Mannion, Rory Connolly and James Cassidy all come into the defence.
Conor Kelly and Adam Killian form a new midfield partnership while Dean Casey gets his first start of the campaign at centre forward following impressive showings off the bench.
John Price is also recalled after starting against Sligo and Galway.
Marc Shally, Sean Vaughan and Bríon O’Dowd form a new look full-forward line.
Irrespective of this evening's result, Roscommon's hat-trick of victories against Sligo, Galway and Mayo have already ensured their place in the provincial decider.
