Local competitors impress at Galway Summer Stages Rally

Midland Motor Club competitors were among the placings at the Galway Summer Stages Rally held around the Ballinasloe area on Sunday.
Keelan Grogan from Carrick-on-Shannon, with Ayrton Sherlock navigating, came home third overall in their Ford Fiesta — a great result for the pair.
Roscommon’s Vincent Collins and Jane Collins finished second in class in their Ford Escort.
Bobby and Michelle Cooper from Castlerea finished seventh in class in their Toyota Corolla Twincam.
