Leinster's 11-game winning run came to an end in the URC on Friday night.
A Luke McGrath try 12 minutes from time brought them to within a point of Cardiff, but the hosts hung on for an 8-7 win.
This afternoon, Connacht welcome Glasgow Warriors to Dexcom Stadium for a 3pm kickoff.
Munster host Zebre, hoping to avoid four defeats in a row at Thomond Park. That's underway at 5.30pm.
There is a 7.45pm start to Ulster's trip to Ospreys.

Division 2 takes centre stage in the Allianz Football Leagues this evening.
Cavan and Louth do battle in Kingspan Breffni Park from 5.15pm.
It is a 6pm start in Omagh, where Tyrone take on Offaly, and neighbours Kildare and Meath go head-to-head in Newbridge at 7pm.
Three games get underway at 6pm in Division 3.
Down face Fermanagh at Páirc Esler, Laois take on Westmeath at O'Moore Park, and in Rathkeale, it is Limerick against Clare.

Connor Parsons and Ross Tierney scored either side of a Colm Whelan penalty, but two stoppage-time goals from the Hoops made for a nervy finish at Dalymount Park.
St Pat's got their first win of the new campaign in style, thrashing Dundalk 4-0 in Inchicore.
