Roscommon Menowell challenge supporting women in mid-life

Sleeping soundly in menopause
MenoWell Roscommon is a free six-week online evidence-based exercise, nutrition, and health education programme promoting wellness for women in all stages of adult life is set to get underway.
This programme is designed to support, educate, and empower women in preparation for changes in midlife, for women experiencing the menopausal transition, and for supporting women in life after menopause.
Designed and delivered by EduFITtarget="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">, the course is free, funded by Roscommon LEADER Partnership in association with Healthy Roscommon.
The programme is starting on Tuesday , January 28th at 8 p.m. Workshop topics will include muscle matters In menopause, nutrition for a healthy Menopause, building bones in menopause, sleeping soundly in menopause and self-care in menopause.
