Everything you need to know about Night and Day festival at Lough Key Forest Park this weekend
More than 2,000 music lovers are set to descend on Lough Key Forest Park in Boyle this weekend.
With an exciting line-up boasting the likes of Bell X1, Damien Dempsey, Susan O’Neill, Ash, and The Undertones, Night and Day is shaping up to be its biggest and best to date as 2,000 music lovers are set to descend on Boyle for the three day festival.
The eagerly awaited festival takes place at Lough Key Forest Park in Boyle, starting this Friday, June 29th and running through to Sunday, June 30th.
Speaking to the Roscommon Herald, Night and Day co-founder Craig Hughes said: “It feels surreal to be heading into our third year as a festival and to see how much it has grown in popularity.
“As always it has taken a lot of long nights and high stress levels to get us ready for the weekend but we’re really excited to showcase some amazing music to festival goers this weekend.
“The big top tents are up, the stage is almost set and we can’t wait to bring people on the next part of our musical adventure," said Craig.

There is a bus service running at select times from Boyle and Carrick-on-Shannon and back each night. You can pre-book your bus at nightandday.ie/bus-service
The music kicks off at 5 p.m. on Friday, with the main attraction being a two-hour performance from the Mersey Beatles.
On Saturday the main stage kicks off at 2.30 p.m. and on Sunday at 1 p.m..

There is an array of breath-taking music across the weekend with big headline acts taking to the Queen Medb (main) stage including BellX1, Damien Dempsey, Mick Flannery, Gemma Hayes, Ash, The Undertones, Susan O’Neill and The Frank and Walters.
There are some great emerging artists to check out. In particular, Morgana is tipped to be one of the highlights of the festival. She plays on the Luna stage on Sunday evening at 9.30 p.m..
