A male security guard at a Circle K filling station pulled up a 14-year-old girl’s T-shirt, and that of her 12-year-old sister, looking for stolen goods, a judge has heard

Last January, the High Court found in favour of Kristina Kandourova, who claimed that she tripped over a concrete kerb on the forecourt of a Circle K station in Dublin and awarded her damages.

The directors state that “lower selling prices for fuel and petroleum products reflected the decline in commodity market prices and resulted in revenue that was lower than in the prior year."
