Brief blast of heat to hit County Roscommon next week

Temperatures across the country are set to rise early next week.

Temperatures across County Roscommon could reach the low twenties early next week.

A brief blast of warm air is set to move up across the country this weekend, meaning that temperatures will be on the rise.

Met Éireann are predicting that the “early days of next week look warm and humid with temperatures generally in the low to mid-twenties in light southerly winds.

“While there will be good spells of sunshine, some heavy or thundery downpours may occur in parts too.

“Current indications suggest a fresher Atlantic regime will return again my midweek.
