Castlerea’s Noble Ice Cream wins three Great Taste awards and reaches Blas final

Castlerea-based Noble has received three Great Taste 2026 awards and has reached the Blas na hÉireann 2026 final with three products, continuing a remarkable run of recognition for the independent producer since beginning commercial production in May 2025.
Noble’s Artisan Raspberry Sorbet and Artisan Vanilla Ice Cream have both received 2-star Great Taste awards, while its Artisan Mango Sorbet has received a 1-star award.
At the same time, three Noble products have reached the Blas na hÉireann 2026 final: Artisan Chocolate Ice Cream, Artisan Mango Sorbet and Artisan Lemon Sorbet.
The results will be announced in Dingle in early October.
Noble works from raw ingredients rather than industrial compound products or ready-made bases. Each ingredient is selected for its origin, variety, aromatic qualities and textural properties, allowing its natural character to come through in the finished product.
