Well known Boyle actor and director Chris O’Dowd recently appeared on the Graham Norton Show and used it as an opportunity to highlight the stunning beauty of the place where he grew up.
Appearing on the hugely popular BBC chat show to promote his latest series ‘Small Town, Big Story’, he was joined on the star-studded couch by actors Kate Hudson, Ewan McKenna and Naomie Harris.
Chris used the opportunity to speak about the stunning beauty of his native Boyle and highlighted the local Arts Festival which he officially opened last year.
Graham Norton said that the town sounded like an “extraordinary place”.
The Boyle native also invited Kate’s mother, Goldie Hawn, to come to the North Roscommon town for a visit.
