County Roscommon business gets expansion greenlight

The council has granted permission for the expansion of a well known Roscommon car dealership.

It is anticipated that the development will lead to the creation of five new jobs.

J Keane & Sons, Lanesborough Street, Roscommon Town, was granted permission to demolish the existing lean-to cleaning bay and internal walls of the car park at its premises, in order to construct a new service bay extension, and relocate the existing car wash.

The application was received on January 31st and approved on March 27th.
