County Roscommon school bids farewell to dedicated staff member

Staff at a County Roscommon school gathered during the week to wish a happy retirement to a staff member who has given years of dedicated service.
"Best wishes to Catherine Convey as she marks the end of her time at Scoil Mhuire, Strokestown," said the school in a social media post.
"The staff at Scoil Mhuire gathered to thank Catherine for her many years of service to the school. We wish her all the best in her new venture. Keith Murray presented Catherine with a gift and flowers on behalf of all the staff and Ms O'Donoghue thanked her for her excellent dedication to her work over the years. Many thanks to the social committee members for the cake and treats. All the best Catherine."
