Delay to reopening of major road in County Roscommon
The road closure has been extended.
Motorists are being advised of further delays to the reopening of a major road in the county.
The R361 Frenchpark to Castlerea road has been closed since September 22nd to facilitate the N5 road project. The road was expected to reopen this Monday, November 3rd.
However the closure has been extended until November 14th with diversions in place.
Roscommon County Council has also temporarily closed the R361 Cloonarragh/R325 Cloonard road in the area.
