Fined for no insurance

A Tulsk man was fined €200 for failing to have insurance when his case was heard by Judge James Faughnan at the recent sitting of Castlerea court.

James Bailey, Lismurtagh, Tulsk was stopped by Garda Thomas Regan on March 15th, 2025 at Ballyglass, Fourmilehouse.

Judge James Faughnan heard the defendant had entered a guilty plea and the fine was imposed.
