Former County Roscommon motel sold

The former Spellman’s Motel on the old Dublin Road in Ballaghaderreen has been sold.

Situated on a large site, the motel was a well established accommodation provider for many decades.

There is speculation locally that it has been bought by a well-known business family in the West of Ireland.
