Late Archie Naughton wished a “happy heavenly birthday”

The late Archie Naughton was wished a “happy heavenly birthday” today on what would have been his 20th birthday.

Archie had Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and was only 16 years old when he passed away in July 2022.

In an emotional social media message, Join Our Boys Trust said it was “heartbreaking to see that this is what you would look like on your 20th birthday.

“Today, you should be blowing out 20 candles on your birthday cake, and we should all be celebrating you. Unfortunately, Duchenne stole your life so, so prematurely.

“We do not have the words to express the cavenous space you have left or the excruciating pain we all feel every day,” said the message.
