Planning sought for two housing developments in County Roscommon
Planning notices have been published in relation to the two individual developments.
Planning is being sought for two individual housing developments in County Roscommon, one in Castleplunkett and the other in Roscommon Town.
Reimas Developments Ltd has published a notice seeking permission to demolish the existing dwelling house at Gold Links Road, Roscommon and construct seven three bed single storey homes; ten three bed two storey semi-detached units and three three bed two storey terraced units along with boundary treatments, road services and ancillary development works.
Meanwhile Padraic Cryan has published a notice for development works at Castleplunkett, Castlerea. It is proposed to construct 12 houses comprising four four bedroom semi-detached homes; six three bed semi-detached units and two two bedroom semi-detached units.
Works would also include the provision of a new vehicular/pedestrian access and visibility splay, the installation of a waste water management system with associated percolation area and all associated boundary works including new boundary fences, landscaping and public open space.
