Plans for a 52-home development in Roscommon town have been submitted to Roscommon County Council.
A planning application has been lodged by Wincove Land Ltd, seeking permission for a major new residential development on a 1.79-hectare site at Ardsallagh Beg & Ballymartin More, situated just off Golf Links Road.
If approved, the site will feature a mix of house types and layouts, including: 22 four-bedroom semi-detached houses (2.5 storey); 12 four-bedroom semi-detached houses (2-storey); four four-bedroom semi-detached, double-aspect houses (2.5-storey); three four-bedroom detached houses (2.5-storey); one five-bedroom detached house (2-storey); one four-bedroom terraced house (2-storey); one four-bedroom terraced, double-aspect house (2.5-storey) eight two-bedroom duplex apartments (2-storey).
The design also incorporates a formal entrance gated with masonry piers along with 101 car parking spaces to service the estate. The planning documentation also encompasses all required ancillary site works and a dedicated traffic impact analysis.
