Plans lodged to develop gym in County Roscommon town

Plans to develop a gymnasium in Boyle have been lodged with Roscommon County Council.
The applicant is seeking permission to the change the use of an office to develop a first-floor gym at Bridge Street in the town.
As part of the plans at the same address, there is also a retention application for the change of use from an office to a spa and another retention application for the change of use from an office to a shop.
County planners will decide on the development by August 28th next.
