The sale has been closed of 8.54 hectares/21.09 acres of prime elevated agricultural land at Moydow, Knockcroghery.
The land was top quality elevated lands benefitting from 300m of road frontage and set out in one lot, situated 4.5 km from Roscommon Town.
Auctioneer Seamus Carthy said that he was delighted to conclude the sale this week and is now urgently seeking agricultural land.
