Roscommon printing company Triest Press has been nominated for a major award.

The Roscommon Town social enterprise is in the running for ‘Small Printer of the Year’ in the Connacht/Ulster/Munster category at the Irish Printer Awards.

The Irish Printer Awards has announced the finalists in a range of categories, recognising exceptional accomplishments within the printing sector across the country over the past 12 months.

Triest Press was originally formed in 1987 by The Brothers of Charity Service.

Since then, the company has grown to become a thriving social enterprise providing a professional digital print service, coupled with meaningful employment for people with intellectual disabilities.

The business employs a team of professional graphic designers supported by experienced customer service, print finishing and packing personnel.

The Irish Printer Awards Gala Dinner takes place on Friday, April 4th at Clontarf Castle in Dublin.
