Roscommon teenager wins Athletics Ireland award 

A Roscommon teenager has won a prestigious award for excellence in athletics.

Emily Clyne of Reeside Athletics was named Athletics Ireland County Star Award Winner for County Roscommon. Emily has won numerous medals and accolades for the high jump at both local and national levels.

The 2025 Juvenile Star Award ceremony will take place later this month.

Emily Clyne was crowned Community Games national champion in the U-16 girls' high jump last year.
