Roscommon women start their first week of Garda duty

Probationer gardaí Eunice Moran from Ballaghaderreen and Katie Lee from Elphin started their first week of duty at Sligo Garda Station on Monday.
Both were sworn in as a full members of An Garda Síochána on Friday.
Once Garda trainees are attested as members of the force, they commence a two year probationary period.
Before her career change, Eunice worked in the radio industry and is also a noted Irish country singer.
