Young London GAA players enjoyed an expert coaching session on Saturday in Ruislip delivered by the Connacht GAA coaching and games manager, Dr. Cathal Cregg and the Roscommon GAA Head of Games Development, Padraic Mitchell.
Both Roscommon natives, Cathal and Padraic were also among the guests at the Roscommon Association of London’s dinner dance in the Clayton Hotel, Chiswick on Saturday evening.
The event celebrated the 70th year of the Association, which was established in 1955.
The Roscommon Herald caught up with Cathal at the dinner dance on Saturday to find about how Connacht GAA is making a significant contribution to player development in the English capital.
