Young County Roscommon footballer Aisling Hanly will compete this November in the World Deaf Women’s Futsal Championships.

Aisling, is a member of the Irish Deaf Women’s Football Squad who have qualified to compete this November in the World Deaf Women’s Futsal Championships to be held in Sao Paolo, Brazil.

Head of Operations at Athlone & Castlerea Credit Union Derek Hennessy said that they were delighted to support Aisling with player sponsorship for the event, which will allow her to focus on her training and improve her skills, as she represents Ireland on the world stage.
