Dowd rings the changes for league game against Mayo

Mark Dowd has made wholesale changes to his starting 15 for Sunday’s Division One League game against Mayo at Hastings Insurance MacHale Park, Castlebar.
There are nine changes to the team that defeated Donegal, with regulars like Enda Smith, Diarmuid Murtagh, Keith Doyle, Dylan Ruane and Ronan Daly on the bench.
Tim Lambe, Caelim Keogh, Robbie Dolan, Shane Cunnane, Paul Carey, Conor Hand, Ciarán Lennon, Ben O’Carroll and Cathal Heneghan are selected on the starting 15.
Keogh, Dolan, Cunnane and Hand were introduced against Donegal, while Tim Lambe, Ben O’Carroll and Cathal Heneghan will be making their first starts of the season.
Ultan Harney and Declan Kenny are also named among the match-day 26.
Mayo manager, Andy Moran, has made eight changes to the team that were well-beaten by Kerry last time out.
Kobe McDonald, Fergal Boland, Darragh Beirne, Bob Tuohy, Conal Dawson, Diarmuid O'Connor, Donnacha McHugh, and Rob Hennelly, drop out of the side, with Jack Livingstone, Hugh O’Loughlin — both league debutants — Diarmuid Duffy, Michael Plunkett, Seamus Howard, Cian McHale, Aidan O’Shea, and Paul Towey making their way into the starting team.
Both sides, who still have an outside chance of reaching a league final, are scheduled to meet in a Connacht SFC semi-final in a month's time if they can negotiate their trips away to London and New York.
Sunday’s game throws in at Hastings Insurance MacHale Park, Castlebar, at 3.30 p.m..
