Roscommon player makes GAA.ie Team of the Week

Ciaráin Murtagh has been named on the GAA.ie Team of the Week after his impressive showing in Roscommon’s victory over London.
The St. Faithleach’s clubman kicked 1-5, all from play, as Roscommon put on the afterburners in the second half to overcome London.
Murtagh found the net in the 52nd minute with a well taken goal after his brother Diarmuid had grabbed Roscommon’s opening major in the early stages of the contest.
The victory ensures Roscommon will head to Pearse Stadium to face Galway in the Connacht semi final.
