Roscommon women make history with Connacht Masters team

The Connacht LGFA Masters team, featuring eight Roscommon women, at their first training session in Enfield on Saturday.
Eight Roscommon women made history on Saturday, becoming part of the first-ever Connacht LGFA Masters team for their opening training session in Enfield, ahead of the upcoming Gaelic Masters Association Interprovincial Tournament.
The county were represented by Sharon Ryan (St. Croan’s), Michelle Mulrennan (Éire Óg), Nicola Bruen (Éire Óg), Amanda Creighton (Éire Óg), Rebecca Madden (Éire Óg), Colette Nevin Keane (Michael Glaveys), Joanne Daly (Michael Glaveys), and Emer Casey (Éire Óg).
Roscommon LGFA wished the players every success as they embarked on an exciting new chapter for the LGFA.
