Roscommon’s Aoibheann Reilly has been named to start for Ireland’s Six Nations showdown with Italy this Sunday (Kick-off 3pm).

After making her injury comeback off the bench last week, Creagh native Reilly starts at scrum-half in a half-back partnership with Dannah O’Brien.

Reilly came off the bench in the 55th minute as Ireland lost out to a fast finishing France 27-15 last week.

Connacht’s Edel McMahon returns to the starting XV to captain Ireland for the Round 2 trip to Stadio Sergio Lanfranchi.

Sunday’s match is live on Virgin Media One and BBC Two Northern Ireland.
