Buddy Mondlock and Martyn Travis play live in the Coleman Music Centre, Gurteen on Thursday, May 15th at 8 p.m..

Come along and experience a very special evening of music, song and stories with Nashville singer-songwriter, Buddy Mondlock. Buddy has written songs for many well-known artists like Garth Brooks, Guy Clark, Nanci Griffith, Joan Baez, Art Garfunkel and Janis Ian, to name just a few.

Since playing his first gig in Barry’s Pub, Grange back in back in 2010, he has developed a great affinity with Sligo and was honoured to perform at Drumcliffe Church, the resting place of one of his favourite poets, WB Yeats in 2017 and again in 2018.

Buddy was born in Chicago and moved to Nashville in the early 1990’s where he still lives with his wife Polly. He has toured Ireland on many occasions and co-written songs with many Irish artists, including Maura O’Connell and Simon Murphy. Buddy has released a string of critically acclaimed solo recordings on his own label and on EMI, including: On The Line, Poetic Justice, Everything Waits to be Noticed, The Edge of the World, The Memory Wall, and his latest Album “Filament” Tickets: €15.
