TULSK

FOOTBALLERS PRESERVE CHAMPIONSHIP STATUS

Well done to Tulsk’s junior footballers who preserved their Junior ‘A’ championship status with a fine 2-10 to 1-7 victory over St. Dominic’s at the weekend. After winning the ‘B’ crown last year, the side’s first year in more elevated company did prove challenging.

However, the team produced when it mattered to preserve their status for another year, emulating the senior team from a few week’s previous. Well done to all the players, their management and mentors on a fine success.

Tulsk team: - P. Beirne, D. Flynn, J. Murray, E. Farrell, A. Usher, F. Moylan (1-1), S. Lennon, T. Murray, E. Carlos (0-1), J. Egan (0-1), E. O’Connor, S. Crann (0-2), C. Moylan (1-0), L. Galvin (0-5), J. Conlon. Sub used: F. Rogers.
