A 48-year-old man was fined €400 at Roscommon District Court after pleading guilty to careless driving.
Petr Rosenberg, 5 Upper Main Street, Ballyhaunis, pleaded guilty to the offence at Coolusty, Athleague, on January 20th, 2025.
The court heard that the accused, who was working as a courier and driving a van, was involved in a collision on the road, having crossed over the white line. His solicitor Aoife O’Callaghan said her client was trying to reverse into a house and crossed the white line.
