This November marks two years of success for dog grooming business The Fluff Factory, based outside Strokestown.

Owner Nicole Rogers says she still can’t quite believe how quickly time has flown and has thanked everyone for their support and loyalty as the business has been recognised on a national level.

Having always had a passion for animals, Nicole’s journey into grooming began long before The Fluff Factory opened its doors.

“I’ve always loved working with animals,” she explains. “Before opening The Fluff Factory, I worked with the ISPCA, and I just decided to go for it! It’s honestly been the best decision I’ve ever made.” From the very beginning, The Fluff Factory has stood out for its calm, one on one approach.

“One thing a lot of my customers comment on is that when their dog is with me, it’s the only dog I take on at that time,” Nicole says. “It makes for a much more relaxed experience for the dogs, and their owners love that personal touch.”

The Fluff Factory was recognised nationally this year when Nicole Rogers was nominated for Salon Based Dog Groomer of the Year at the prestigious National Pet Awards in Dublin.

Over the past two years, Nicole has built up a loyal following of customers who travel from all over, from Carrick-on-Shannon and Longford to Boyle, just to have their beloved pets pampered at The Fluff Factory!

“It’s unbelievable how far some people travel,” she says. “I’m so grateful for every single one of my customers. Their loyalty and support mean the world to me.”

This year, that dedication and care were recognised nationally when Nicole was nominated for Salon Based Dog Groomer of the Year at the prestigious National Pet Awards in Dublin.

When asked what’s next, Nicole keeps it simple: “Honestly, the plan is just to keep doing the best job I can for all my favourite doggies! I absolutely love what I do.”

As The Fluff Factory celebrates this milestone, Nicole wants to extend a heartfelt thank you to all her customers, both two-legged and four-legged who have made the journey so rewarding.
