County Roscommon residence on 10 acres sells via online auction for €2.7m

A prime  County Roscommon property comprising a residence on c.10 acres of lands, zoned residential, was sold via an online auction on Friday, October 24th by DNG Ivan Connaughton.

The lands, located in the centre of Monksland and adjacent to the M6 Motorway and Athlone town, attracted substantial interest with an opening bid of €1,500,000 and selling under the hammer shortly after for €2,700,000.
