Funeral details for Pádraig Glancy confirmed
The late Pádraig Glancy will be laid to rest on Sunday.
The funeral details for popular County Roscommon businessman Pádraig Glancy, who passed away suddenly earlier this week, have been confirmed.
The late Mr Glancy will repose in the Patrician Hall, Cortober, Carrick on Shannon (N41 XR79) from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 7th.
Funeral Mass in St. Michael's Church, Drumlion (N41 HD26) at 1.30 p.m. on Sunday, November 8th. Burial afterwards in Drumlion Cemetery.
As a mark of respect, Glancy's SuperValu and Glancy's Bar will be closed on Sunday, November 8th.
The late Pádraig Glancy is predeceased by his parents Kitty and Éamonn.
He is deeply regretted by his loving wife Rosaleen and his adoring children Éamonn and Catherine.
Padraig will be sadly missed by his brothers Anthony, Éamonn, Jim and Thomas, his sisters-in-law Catherine and Fiona, his nieces Muireann, Caoimhe and Eimear, his nephews Lorcan, Daniel and Eoghan, grandniece Julia, grandnephew Joey, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Hundreds of tributes have poured in for Mr Glancy (59), who left a lasting legacy in his local community.
