It’s understood that the accident occurred at Mockmoyne, just off the Gurteen Road.
The road is currently closed.
A Garda spokesperson said gardaí and emergency services are at the scene of an incident in Boyle today, July 29th 2026.
"As this is ongoing, there is no further information at this time," said the spokesperson.
